The most important thing to look for when you buy hoodia is to make sure any brand you are considering has been tested by an independent lab for authenticity. Once the products are purchased, all the ingredients are identified and tested for purity and authenticity. For these tests, hoodia gordonii was inspected. The results are in and seven brands of hoodia supplements were found to have no adulteration or contamination. In plain English, they passed the tests with flying colors and were found to contain authentic hoodia gordonii!

Two of the brands that passed the tests were Hoodoba and Desert Burn. These same two brands passed the test during the second quarter testing of this random analysis program.
